We brought you 17 Beguiling Ball Gowns, and now we bring you the companion piece for the best-dressed men of TV.

These guys seriously know how to work a bow tie, a windsor knot, and basically any kind of formal attire. If you thought our ladies were sexy, brace yourself for some seriously hot dudes.

Whether it's an elegant soiree or just another day in the office, these 17 Fashionable Fellas know how to get dolled up!

1. Stefan Salvatore (The Vampire Diaries)

Stefan salvatore the vampire diaries
Hot damn. The Mystic Falls vampires don't get opportunities to wear tuxedos too often, but when they do, they can really bring down the house. Wipe your drool off, ladies, this one is spoken for by one Caroline Forbes.

2. Derek Sheppard (Grey's Anatomy)

Derek sheppard greys anatomy
We can't decide whether he looks hotter in a ferry-boat scrub cap or a dapper bow tie. McDreamy may be gone, but his sense of style will live on forever. If you don't believe us, just go get lost in the 'Derek Sheppard' google images search. *swoon*

3. Harvey Specter (Suits)

Harvey spectre suits
In his name-partner corner office, every day is a formal occasion for Harvey Spectre. He can rock the three-piece suit like no other, but what really makes this man's wardrobe is his signature smirk. Harvey could wear sweatpants to the office and still close a deal.

4. Oliver Queen (Arrow)

Oliver queen arrow
As a former billionaire, Oliver tended to horse around in some very expensive threads, not that we're complaining! Switching between his Arrow suit and a tux in the blink of an eye was a regular occurence in earlier seasons, and frankly, we miss it!

5. Don Draper (Mad Men)

Don draper mad men
Be still my advertising heart! Who can resist the charming Don Draper in a tuxedo? Not this girl!

6. Nolan Ross (Revenge)

Nolan ross revenge
Haven't you heard? Revengers wear red. We're still waiting on the Nolan Ross spinoff idea to really get traction, but his wardrobe fights half the battle for him. From bow ties, to cuff links, to perfectly coiffed hair, Nolan is always dressed to the nines.

17 Characters Who Look Hot When Wet

Most of us look like drowned rats when we get caught in the rain.

However, through the magic of television, these characters manage to look even sexier when they're soaked. Whether they're caught in a rain shower or stepping out of a literal one, it's more than enough to get our pulses racing.

Some of the sexiest and most romantic TV moments occur when the characters are drenched from head to toe. Check out our slideshow and let us know who looks the best sopping wet!

1. Damon and Elena - The Vampire Diaries

Damon and elena the vampire diaries
Damon and Elena barely notice the rain pouring down around them as they share a super steamy kiss. Vampires don't get cold, but this one is hot enough to raise anyone's body temperature.

2. Beckett - Castle

Beckett castle
Beckett needed some time alone in the rain before finally realizing her true feelings for Castle. It didn't take much convincing for Castle to help her out of those wet clothes.

3. Mark - Grey's Anatomy

Mark greys anatomy
Mark Sloane sure knew how to make an entrance! Who can forget the scene that earned him his McSteamy nickname? It's almost hard to blame Addison for cheating.

4. Daryl - The Walking Dead

Daryl the walking dead
When you're a survivor of a zombie apocalpyse, rain can be a literal life saver. Daryl sure looks sexy as he savors one of our most important resources.

5. Oliver - Arrow

Oliver arrow
Criminals don't take the night off when it rains, but neither does vigilante crime fighter Oliver Queen. Armed with his bow, he protects his city and looks great doing it! Lucky for him, the rain doesn't seem to affect his aim.

6. Leonard and Priya - The Big Bang Theory

Leonard and Priya try to find some quality time in the shower. Unfortunately for them, they're interrupted by Sheldon. Fortunately for us, we get a glimpse of the sexy pair from behind the curtain.

11 Worst Series Finales of All-Time: Science Has Spoken!

It's fun to argue over television, isn't it?

And plenty of arguments have broken out over series finales: Which were the best, the worst, the most disappointing?

But Reddit user ChallengeResponse has no interest in holding a debate.

Using data collected from IMDB.com’s ratings of episodes – and examining how the series finale by itself is rated in comparison to a show’s average episode rating – he has determined the worst series finales of all-time, according to numbers, facts and viewer feedback.

It's science, people! Here's a look at the 11 biggest letdowns in finale history, from worst to just very, very bad:

1. Dexter

Dexter finale scene
Deb dies. Dexter sends Harrison to live with Hannah and then ends up living in secret as a lumberback. Well... okay then!

2. Dragon Ball Z

Dragon ball z
We don't know a lot about Dragon Ball Z, to be honest. But we do know it ended its run on January 31, 1996.

3. True Blood

True blood finale scene
True Blood went against all it stood for on its finale, as Bill committed suicide and Sookie ended up with some random, faceless human for a husband.

4. How I Met Your Mother

How i met your mother
So that is how Ted met his children's mother. And that is also how creators can pull a bait and switch on viewers by killing off said mother and putting Ted with Robin (?!?) in the end.

5. The Sopranos

The sopranos
Many viewers believed their cable went out when The Sopranos finale ended. That's not exactly the response you want.

6. Star Trek: Enterprise

Patrick Stewart looks stunned by the ranking of his show's series finale. Sorry, man. It's not your fault.

13 Couples That Didn't Get Their Happy Ending

$

Some shows hook you with their plots; others hook you with their depiction of romantic relationships ('ships, as they're commonly known).

We all know that watching a couple develop and progress onscreen is often one of the most enjoyable parts of watching any series. Even if you aren't a self-professed 'shipper, odds are you've become seriously invested in the relationship status of two fictional people at some point in time!

Unfortunately, sometimes things don't work out like you (and the two halves of the on-screen pairing) may have hoped. Someone dies, or moves on into a new relationship with somebody else, or needs to be killed by their partner after contracting "Vampire AIDS," and the 'ship sinks.

Check out the slideshow below for 13 of our most tragic sunken 'ships!

1. Sookie and Bill, True Blood

Rip bill true blood s7e10
Sookie and Bill certainly had their highs and their lows over the course of True Blood's seven seasons, but by the last few episodes of the series it really seemed like they were about to make things work for the long haul. That is, until it became apparent that Sookie had affected Bill with the fatal virus Hep-V. Though a cure was found, Bill elected not to take it and to die instead -- theoretically for Sookie's benefit. Bill wound up dying via a mercy-killing at Sookie's hand and Sookie went on to marry/be impregnated by a rando bearded man. Ugh.

2. Damon and Elena, The Vampire Diaries

Is she the vampire diaries s6e22
As all Delena fans know, this one is still fresh so it's a bit painful to talk about. Damon and Elena rocked the will-they-or-won't-they vibe with some serious underlying sexual tension for the first 3+ seasons of The Vampire Diaries (throughout her longterm soulmate-level relationship with his BROTHER) before finally getting together for real. They'd finally gotten to a good place in the most recent season, only to have their happiness cut short when the evil Kai put newly-human Elena under a decades-long sleeping curse, separating the two for the forseeable future. Is anybody else still crying over that dance in their final scene? Sob.

3. Will and Alicia, The Good Wife

Alicia and will scene
This popular pairing was the embodiment of "bad timing," a recurring theme that was vocalized throughout their relationship. At the start of the series, Alicia's marriage crumbled and she got a job at Will's firm. Their romantic connection was palpable early on in The Good Wife, and they had a history together. For all intents and purposes, though they never quite found their footing as an actual couple, Alicia and Will had all the makings of an "endgame" relationship. Alas, it was not to be. Will was gunned down unexpectedly in the show's fifth season, putting a final end to their on-and-off relationship.

4. Buffy and Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Buffy and angel
Both halves of this couple died (repeatedly, in Buffy's case) but by the end of each of their respective series, they were both alive -- just not together. Buffy and Angel had a tumultuous, passionate relationship that began on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and intermittently crossed over to its spin-off series, Angel. They broke up several times (most notably when he turned evil and she had to kill him), but in the end, Buffy simply chose herself and focused on her personal growth ("I'm cookie dough") rather than choose between her two main love interests, Angel and Spike.

5. Matthew and Mary, Downton Abbey

Matthew with mary
After years of back-and-forth on Downton Abbey, spanning a world war and broken engagements to other people on both sides, Cousin Matthew and Lady Mary finally married AND had a baby. Mere minutes after seeing his son for the first time, Matthew was in a fatal car crash and died (as a result of Matthew's portrayer Dan Stevens electing to leave the series). None of Mary's potential love interests in the years since Matthew's death have come remotely close to recapturing that Mary-Matthew spark that drove the whole show forward.

6. Meredith and Derek, Grey's Anatomy

Derek derek greys anatomy s11e21
Meredith and Derek were THE Grey's Anatomy couple. Their relationship technically began before the major events of the series kicked off (shortly before Meredith started her internship at Seattle Grace, when the two slept together not realizing they would be coworkers). Throughout relationships with others, Derek's marriage to Addison, and lots of arguments, the two doctors always found their way back to each other -- until Derek was rendered brain dead following a shocking car accident. RIP McDreamy and RIP MerDer.

27 Smooth Sailing TV 'Ships

Why is it so hard to stay in love on television?

Will they/won't they couples dominate most shows and leave 'shippers pulling their hair out, and then conversely rejoicing, on a regular basis.

The problem in a will they/won't they romance is usually that once a couple decides that they "will," the TV-Powers-That-Be do their best to create unnecessary drama, which forces fans' favorite couples to part, sometimes for an extended period of time and other times permanently.  (Looking at you Grey's Anatomy and Vampire Diaries.)

Yet somehow in a sea of breakups, cheating scandals, lies, and death there are stable relationships; ones that give viewers fuzzy feelings and hopeful hearts that maybe someday, we can all find our soul mates.

Let's take a look at some of televisions most smooth sailing 'ships!

1. Eric and Tami, Friday Night Lights

Eric and tami friday night lights
Coach and Mrs. Coach were the picture of a successful marriage on television, always growing and evolving together rather than allowing those evolutions to ruin them. We should all be so lucky to have a partner who will take a backseat and allow us to stand in the spotlight, as Eric and Tami took turns doing.

2. Mitchell and Cameron, Modern Family

Mitchell and cameron
Mitch and Cam are complete opposites, but it doesn't matter one bit. They complement one another and find new ways to surprise each other. They each accept the other for who they are and make love touching and incredibly funny.

3. Marshall and Lily, How I Met Your Mother

Marshall and lily how i met your mother
Marshall and Lily supported one another and both encouraged the other to pursue their dreams, a key element in a succcessful romance. They were quirky, sweet, and never failed to leave us saying, "Aw."

4. Adam and Kristina, Parenthood

Adam and kristina parenthood
Adam and Kristina always knew how to make it work and put their family first. Through many ups and downs, their marriage remained unwavering and they never for a second made us doubt that they'd be together forever.

5. Penny and Leonard, The Big Bang Theory

Peny and leonard the big bang theory
Things have really worked out for this nerd who found love with his neighbor. Though the two briefly separated, they have been sailing smoothly ever since, even recently getting married. Penny taught Leonard how to come out of his shell, and Leonard showed Penny that she has a big place in the world. This is an opposites-attract love story with excellent results.

6. Brad and Jane, Happy Endings

Brad and jane happy endings
Brad and Jane were crazy attracted to each other and were never embarssed to show it. They're perfectly comfortable to be themselves around each other and leave us laughing at their crazy endeavors in love. We wish every marriage on television was this fun!

19 Ghoulishly Great Halloween Parties

It's not just about ghouls and goblins, although some of these parties have actual demons on the guest list. Whether it's fearful or funny, Halloween may be the one holiday that every TV show eventually celebrates.

From the nerdiest costumes to a couple's very first kiss, heartbreaking declarations to the return of lost love and playing epic pranks to the joy of finding full size candy bars in your trick-or-treat bag, these Halloween parties go from hilarious to heart warming.

Don't be scared. The bunnies aren't really evil, at least we don't think so. Check out the 19 most memorable Halloween parties on TV.

1. Castle - "Vampire Weekend"

Castles halloween bash
An investigation into a vampire fetish community eventually wrapped up with Rick Castle throwing an epic Halloween bash for all of his friends. Castle actually wore two costumes in Castle Season 2 Episode 6, “Vampire Weekend” The first was from Nathan Fillion’s cult favorite Firefly character Capt. Mal Reynolds but for the actual party he dressed as one of his favorite authors, Edgar Allen Poe. Our favorites were Lanie as Cat Woman and Martha as Cruella de Vil.

2. How I Met Your Mother - "The Slutty Pumpkin"

How i met your mother the slutty pumpkin
Marshall was Jack Sparrow and Lily the green parrot. Robin's boyfriend broke up with her when he showed up as Hansel but she skipped the Gretel costume. But it was Ted (as a Hanging Chad) waiting to find his Slutty Pumpkin, the girl whose number he lost when Lily threw away his Kit Kat that stole the show. Ten years later Ted finally found the girl (Katie Holmes) but realized that after ten years of searching, the chemistry was gone.

3. Brooklyn Nine-Nine - "Halloween II"

The bet brooklyn nine nine
Brooklyn Nine-Nine is one of those shows that knows how to do Halloween right, using the holiday to provide the perfect backdrop for a hilarious and tense competition between two intelligent cops. Jake and Captain Holt spend each Halloween trying to get the best of each other. In Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 1 Episode 6, Jake proved his cunning and his worth, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2 Episode 4 had Captain Holt completely dominate the competition. We hope this goes on for a long time!

4. Buffy the Vampire Slayer - "Fear, Itself"

Buffy the vampire slayer season season 4 episode 4 fear itself
Buffy and her friends dress up for a Halloween party at a frat house inhabitated by a demon that feeds on their individual fears. Who wouldn’t have fun with that? Buffy goes as Little Red Riding Hood, Giles is wearing a sombrero, Willow is Joan of Arc and Xander goes as James Bond but our favorite is Anya in a bunny costume because what could be more terrifying than bunnies?

5. Cougar Town - “You Don’t Know How it Feels”

Cougar town you dont know how it feels
Cougar Town Season 2 Episode 6 had a lot of heart to go along with the laughs. Since her mother’s death, Jules was desperate to find a way to bond with her Dad but he seemed to be interested in anything but that at her Halloween party. On the strangely funny side we had Ellie and Laurie dressing as each other or Travis dressing as Andy. Now that’s something we’d only see on Cougar Town.

6. Bones - "Mummy in the Maze"

Bones mummy in the maze
A mandatory Halloween party at the Jeffersonian meant mummified bodies, a hay maze, an amusement park funhouse and a shootout with a clown. What more could you want from Bones Season 3 Episode 5? How about the the most memorable moment of the entire episode? Temperance Brennan decked out in her Wonder Woman outfit!

Halloween is a rare occasion when Barney can be found without one of his expensive suits. As great as he looks in his Sunday best, we can't help but stare at his Apollo Creed costume.

4. Willow - Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Willow buffy the vampire slayer
Shy, reserved Willow has a hard time showing off some skin for Halloween, so at the last minute she throws on a ghost costume. But, thanks to Ethan's spell, she becomes a literal ghost and her sexy costume is visible again.

17 Thanksgiving Dinners We'll Never Forget

Thanksgiving is almost here and we can't think of a better way to celebrate than to reminisce about some of our favorite Thanksgiving dinners!

Some were bad, some were good; others were good because they were so bad. All of them cemented themselves in television history as staples for Thanksgiving viewing.

From the awkward to the over-the-top, here are some of our favorite memorable Thanksgiving meals!

1. You Just Got Slapped, How I Met Your Mother

You just got slapped how i met your mother
On, "Slapsgiving," the countdown was on for Barney to receive one of the five slaps he had earned after losing a bet about whether or not Robin was in a porn movie. (She was just a Canadian pop-star!) Throughout dinner, Barney panics about Marshall’s every movie, waiting for the slap. Meanwhile Robin, who has just broken up with Ted, has brought a date to Thanksgiving dinner and he’s just a little older, but Ted sees him as an old man throughout the evening. After Barney finally receives his slap, Marshall leads the gang in the lovely tune, “You Just Got Slapped.” Everybody saw it, and everybody laughed and clapped.

2. She Gives Good Parent, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

Thanksgiving dinner crazy ex girlfriend
On "My First Thanksgiving with Josh!," Rebecca is invited to the big Filipino feast, and she’s determined to give “good parent” to Josh’s parents and make them love her more than they love his current girlfriend, Valencia. Filipino food doesn’t agree with Rebecca and she lands herself in the bathroom, where she has to decide between pooping or listening to Josh have sex with Valencia. Maybe she should have just flown to New York and watched the dog show with her mother.

3. A Braverman Family Thanksgiving, Parenthood

A braverman family thanksgiving parenthood
Wouldn’t we all want to spend Thanksgiving with the Braverman clan? On "Happy Thanksgiving," Adam is stressed out, Julia just wants to make a good pie, Sarah just had a big fight with her boss/boyfriend, and Crosby is desperately trying to impress his girlfriend’s mom. After an awkward prayer at the dinner table, dinner goes off without a hitch, and the Braverman kids find themselves dancing in the kitchen, once again, making us all wish our families were this functional.

4. Jack Tells His Mom He's Gay, Will & Grace

Jack tells his mom hes gay will and grace
It’s hard to believe, but Jack STILL hasn’t told his family that he’s gay! On "Homo for the Holidays," when Jack discovers that his mother is coming for Thanksgiving, he asks his friends to help him with his straight charade. Will, Grace, and Karen all think that he needs to come clean about his sexuality. It turns out that Jack’s mother has a secret of her own to share at dinner…Jack’s father isn’t who he thinks he is!

5. Hanksgiving, New Girl

Hanksgiving new girl
Jess really likes Paul, so she invites him to spend Thanksgiving with the gang on, "Thanksgiving." She gets the last turkey in America, names it Hank, and then realizes that she has no idea how to cook a turkey. She enlists Schmidt’s help in making Thanksgiving a little more sexy, but the gang ends up smoked out of their apartment. It’s no problem though, because Jess has a key to the neighbor’s apartment. They prepare the feast there and are ready to have a great meal together…until Paul finds their neighbor dead in the bathroom. This goes down as not only the most memorable dinner on New Girl, but also as one of the best installments the series has ever had.

6. Food Fight at Carla's, Cheers

Food fight at carlas cheers
When Diane discovers that many members of the Cheers family don’t have plans for Thanksgiving, she suggests that they all spend the holiday having dinner at Carla’s new home on, "Thanksgiving Orphans." The gang agrees, and plans to have the best Thanksgiving ever, complete with an appearance by Vera, Norm’s never-seen wife. Naturally, the dinner doesn’t quite go as planned, and a food fight ensues, and just as the audience is FINALLY about to get a good look at Vera, she takes a pie to the face.

13 Ex-Girlfriends Who Give CRAZY New Meaning

$

Call Rebecca Bunch whatever you’d like; certifiable, wacky, insane, cool, horrible, hilarious, or maybe even crazy. We won’t disagree on any of those terms.

There is one thing that you have to call the actress who portrays the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Rachel Bloom, and that’s a Golden Globe winner and a Critic’s Choice Award winner for Best Actress in a Comedy Television Series.

Before Rebecca Bunch came onto our television screens, there were many other crazy ex-girlfriends on television, each with their own unique brand of insanity and moments that made us want to shake our heads in exasperation, not written to be quite as sympathetic as Bunch is.

Some were horrible while others were horribly wonderful, but all of these ladies have a little bit of insanity that tickles our fancy!

We compiled a list of some of our favorite nutty television ex-girlfriends. See if yours made our list and tell us who your favorite crazy ex is!

1. Katherine Pierce - The Vampire Diaries

Katherine pierce the vampire diaries
Katherine was dead set on anything and everything to ruin the lives of her exes, Damon and Stefan Salvatore, and their friends. One of her craziest acts? Pretending to be her doppelganger Elena in order to make Damon believe that Elena had kissed him. Katherine has moved on from The Vampire Diaries, and the men she left behind, but damn if we don’t miss her every single week.

2. Rebecca Bunch - Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

Trouble coping crazy ex girlfriend
It’s not entirely crazy to move to the opposite side of the country to find happiness, right? It is when your only connection to your new town is your former summer camp boyfriend! Rebecca is trying everything in her wheelhouse to prove that she didn’t move to West Covina, California for Josh Chan, but based on the title of the show alone, it’s pretty clear what’s really going on here.

3. Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren - Orange is the New Black

Suzanne crazy eyes warren orange is the new black
Suzanne Warren had a very short lived romance with fellow inmate Piper Chapman…in fact it was so short lived, Piper wasn’t even aware of it. Suzanne’s love for Piper continued in bizarre ways. Anyone else remember that time that Crazy Eyes peed on the floor in front of Piper’s bed? Talk about marking your territory.

4. Jan Levinson - The Office

Jan levinson the office
Jan Levinson had some very destructive tendencies and thankfully we got to see them all play out before she bid farewell to The Office. After being dumped by Michael Scott, she got a boob job in order to win back his affections. Her odd behavior didn’t stop there. During the most uncomfortable sales pitch for her candle company ever, we found out that she had made Michael get a vasectomy, and then have it reversed, only to change her mind again and reverse THOSE effects. (Snip Snap! Snip Snap!) Jan even went so far as to tell Michael, after she had an artificially inseminated baby when their romance ended, that he shouldn’t date Holly, the woman he’d go on to marry. Jan Levinson, you beautiful mess, we’ll let you sing “Son of a Preacher Man” to us any day.

5. Saffron - Firefly

Saffron firefly
Saffron tricked Mal into a wedding. She used her feminine wiles to get him to consummate that marriage…and then revealed herself to be a con artist, one who would go toe to toe with the crew of Serenity more than once. Turns out Saffron the crazy ex of many men and poor Mal was just another sucker, naked and alone in the desert. Well, that went well.

6. Gail - The Grinder

Gail the grinder
Christina Applegate’s guest starring role on the Rob Lowe hit was completely insane! Gail, Dean’s former girlfriend, goes to great lengths to convince him that she has no idea that he’s famous, including hiding her television! She’s even convinced Dean that he should be a father figure to her son…the 23 year old Toby. Dean dodges the crazy bullet, but only just barely. Gail is one crazy ex we hope to see again someday.

17 Hilarious Attempts at Hiding Pregnancies on TV

$
0
0

Sometimes actresses get pregnant, and writing it into the show is not always an option.

Instead, shows have to get creative and find ways to hide the pregnancies. This has been done numerous ways, from shooting only the neck up, having the actress mostly sitting, or plopping random objects in front of them.

Some of these shows legitimately tried to hide the pregnancies, while others opted to poke fun at the obvious baby bumps.

Check out our list of 17 of our favorite attempts to hide a pregnancy on TV!

1. Snow - Once Upon A Time

Snow once upon a time
Is she trying to hide a baby or did she just shoplift a tv? OUaT decided to write in Ginnifer Goodwin's pregnancy, but that only applied to Storybrook. The baby bump still had to be concealed for Snow's scenes in the Enchanted Forest, and they figured enormous cloaks were the way to go.

2. Amy - Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Amy brooklyn nine nine
Amy's usual pant suits were probably not the best way to hide a pregnancy, so Brooklyn Nine-Nine sent Jake and Amy on a cruise full of flowy Hawaiian shirts, giant purses, and hand rails to use to cover Melissa Fumero's growing baby bump!

3. Olivia - Scandal

Olivia scandal
Scandal came up with all kinds of ways to hide Kerry Washington's pregnancy including strategic use of lamps. Still, this one is funny because she's sitting on the floor when there's a perfectly comfortable couch right behind her. It is probably a good thing they ended the season early, because they were clearly running out of ideas!

4. Leslie - Parks and Recreation

Leslie parks and recreation
Not too many shows can say they used a time capsule to hide an actress's pregnancy, but Parks and Rec can! Leslie is holding all kinds of stuff in this picture, but was she supposed to be holding it a little lower? It's not exactly effective in hiding the bump.

5. Claire - Modern Family

Claire modern family
Julie Bowen was pregnant with twins when shooting the pilot for Modern Family, so producers had to get creative - hiding her belly behind laundry, blankets, etc. Apparently her family even made a drinking game out of watching the pilot and drank every time they did something to hide it!

6. Meredith/Lexie/Arizona - Grey's Anatomy

Meredith slash lexie slash arizona greys anatomy
Grey's had to go through this a few times. They shipped Arizona off to Africa for a couple of months, made Lexie "stress eat" and comment on the weight she was gaining, and had Meredith donate a portion of her liver to her father. At least Grey's can get away with baggy scrubs and large lab coats.

Which is why it’s so darn devastating when our favorite couples decide to call it quits.

Just as we’re happy when love is in the air, we’re just as devastated when the love is suddenly gone.

Some break ups are easy to see coming, others were shockers, but there’s one thing that each of these break ups were: completely heartbreaking.

See which break ups made our list of the most devastating and share some of the ones that broke your heart with us in the comments!

1. Stefan and Elena, The Vampire Diaries

Stefan and elena the vampire diaries
We knew it was coming. These high school sweethearts made us squeal happily in the first few seasons of the CW hit. However, after Elena became a vampire, her attraction to Damon was undeniable and their chemistry was top notch. It didn’t make it any less heartbreaking when Stefan stepped aside to let Elena follow her heart. While many of us still hold out for the two to reunite before The Vampire Diaries ends for good, it seems highly unlikely.

2. Buffy and Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Buffy and angel buffy the vampire slayer
Angel did the noble thing in leaving Sunnydale in order for Buffy to move on, but why, oh why, did it have to happen like this? Their final dance together at the prom was Buffy’s happiest and saddest moment and left us all cursing Angel’s spinoff series, Angel.

3. Rick and Kate, Castle

Rick and kate castle
When Kate told her husband Rick that she needed to get in her right head, and figure things out before they could live happily ever after, we’re not sure who was more stunned. Was it Rick, the actual man being spoken to, or was it fans of the long running series who finally believed that the will-they-won’t-they couple were going to be happy forever? This breakup left us just as gobsmacked as Rick.

4. Luke and Lorelai, Gilmore Girls

Luke and lorelai gilmore girls
This was the breakup we all saw coming, but hoped it changed directions. Luke and Lorelai had a rough time communicating before the revelation of his daughter, April, but after? It became a real chore for Stars Hollow’s power couple. Lorelai’s ultimatum to Luke didn’t end the way she, nor the audience (oh, the Christopher timeline…), had hoped it would.

5. Jane and Michael, Jane the Virgin

Jane and michael jane the virgin
We know that Jane needed to take a break from guys to focus on the one who most mattered, her son Mateo. But to watch Jane’s heartbreak after finally realizing what Michael meant to her, only to have it ripped away, killed us. Can’t these two just make it stick?!

6. Dean and Lisa, Supernatural

Dean and lisa supernatural
What would life be like for the Winchesters if they walked away from hunting? We got to find out in season six when Dean stopped hunting and shacked up with old girlfriend Lisa and her young son. Dean became a family man, a surrogate dad, and unafraid of the things that went bump in the night. But the danger to Lisa became all too real when the supernatural found Dean again, and so Dean asked Castiel to remove all of hers and Ben’s memories of him. Dean, you almost had it all. We know, it hurt.

13 Episodes We Never Want to Watch Ever Again

$

There's always one.

You might really like the show, but there's that one installment that makes you wish you had skipped it or at least changed the channel when you had the chance.

There's that one episode that made you cringe. Maybe it was just too strange or had a dumb plot twist that made you audibly groan. Perhaps it took your favorite couple in the wrong direction or, worst of all, it took the entire show in the wrong direction and you're still waiting for it to recover.

It might even be your favorite show and you love it...but there's that one episode that you just can't stand.

Check out our choices for the 13 TV episodes we never want to watch again!

1. "For Better or Worse" - Castle

Wedding day disaster
As much as we're hating Castle season 8 (and so far we are), it was Castle Season 6 Episode 23 that disappointed us the most. After waiting six seasons for Castle and Beckett's great love story to culminate with an epic wedding, the show teased us with the perfect setting (the house in the Hamptons), the perfect dress (Kate's mom's), and the happy couple's friends and family in attendance. Then fans got the rug yanked out from under them for some ludicrous storyline where Rick disappeared on the way to his own wedding. Fans who had waited years for this moment were devastated. Many didn't even bother to tune in for the five minute, green-screened wedding they'd get six episodes later. Why The Powers That Be chose to treat fans to the “worse” instead of the “better” in “For Better or Worse” will always be a mystery but for many fans, this heartbreaking episode can not be forgiven.

2. "Freefall" - ER

Freefall er
Dr. Robert Romano was a complex character. While he looked on most of his colleagues with disdain, he occasionally showed his softer side to Dr. Elizabeth Corday and was truly distressed when he couldn't save medical student Lucy Knight after she was stabbed by a schizophrenic patient. Later, Romano had his arm cut off by a helicopter blade in a horrific accident. So when the show decided to kill him off by dropping a helicopter on him, it felt like a Loony Tunes cartoon episode. This complicated and entertaining character deserved a better sendoff. We'll never watch this episode again.

3. "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot" - Scandal

Whiskey tango foxtrot scandal
Finding out that his Presidential win wasn't legit made Fitz angry at the world, but no one more so than Olivia Pope. These two had had steamy sex in many different locales but this time was different. Still feeling betrayed by his paramour, Fitz heatedly thrust her into that server closet, had angry sex, and then told her it was all a mistake but he couldn't control his erections around her! WTF?!? That was a serious low point for this couple and an episode we never hope to watch again.

4. "Where the Wild Things Are" - Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Where the wild things are buffy the vampire slayer
When the gang attended a frat party, they soon realized something was very off. Turned out years earlier, the old Lowell house was a home for children and the crazy caretakers abused their charges with punishments such as cutting off girls' hair to remove the temptation of vanity and baptizing them by holding them under water in a bathtub. Now poltergeist were taking out their pain out on the Scooby gang while Riley and Buffy were having endless sex in one of the bedrooms. As much as we always expected this show to wander into strange territory, this episode was downright painful.

5. "The Change in the Game" - Bones

Big bones moment
Brennan and Booth had danced around a romantic relationship for six seasons but as far as fans had seen on screen, they'd never taken it to the next level. So, we were completely shocked when Brennan announced she was pregnant with Booth's baby! How did that happen? Apparently the two spent the night “comforting” one another, offscreen, after squintern Nigel Vincent's death. Fans felt cheated at having invested years in this relationship only to miss one of their favorite couple's major milestones.

6. "Last Forever Part 2" - How I Met Your Mother

Last forever part 2 how i met your mother
Fans spent ALL of season 9 enjoying Robin and Barney's wedding weekend only to have them get divorced ten minutes into the series finale. Then the "Mother" that Ted spent the entire series chasing died! As if to add insult to injury, Ted went back to Robin, a relationship they both decided didn't work early in the show's run. The episode will always rank as one of the worst series finale's of all time. Just knowing what happens when the show ends can make watching any of the reruns almost unbearable.

15 Most Memorable Marriage Proposals in TV History

$

Love is in the air and Cupid's arrows have us remembering the special times when feelings were laid bare, lovers got down on one knee and rings were offered to seal the deal.

Yes, we're talking about proposals. Sometimes the question is popped over the perfect romantic dinner but the moments that stick with us can be the ones that don't go according to plan.

Some couples take the long road to find their happy ending. When fights are forgiven, misunderstandings are explained and doubts turn into lifetime commitments, those are the magical scenes that have fans holding their breath in anticipation or crying tears of joy.

Check out the 15 most memorable and romantic marriage proposals on TV.

1. Monica and Chandler - Friends

Chandler proposes friends
Just when Chandler thought he'd lost Monica forever, “The One With the Proposal, Part 2” had Monica surprising him by getting down on one knee and then starting to cry, "There's a reason why girls don't do this!” Chandler got down on his knees too and told his best friend, “You make me happier than I'd ever thought I would be. And if you let me, I will spend the rest of my life trying to make you feel the same way.” It's one of the best proposals on any TV show…ever!

2. Rick Castle and Kate Beckett - Castle

Will you marry me season 5
Just as Kate Beckett thought Rick Castle was going to break up with her, he got down on one knee, pulled out a gorgeous ring and with the most serious expression asked, “Katherine Houghton Beckett, will you marry me?” When Kate worried her new job would get in the way, Castle assured her that, “I'm not proposing to you to keep you here or because I'm afraid I'm gonna lose you. I'm proposing because I can't imagine my life without you.” Yes, fans never got the fairy tale wedding they deserved and Castle Season 8's separation (both real and fake) has been a train wreck, but the Caskett proposal had all the feels we now miss.

3. Barney and Robin - How I Met Your Mother

Barney proposes
Barney played everyone when he told his friends he was proposing to someone else. So Robin was completely blindsided when he pulled out all the stops with a rooftop locale covered in rose petals to ask her to marry him. He even named the last play in his playbook “The Robin” as he hoped she'd be the last play he'd ever run. Things didn't work out that way but that didn't mean the proposal wasn't legend-ary.

4. Matthew and Mary - Downton Abbey

Matthew and mary downton abbey
As Mary said herself, they were two people who “carry more luggage than the porters at King's Cross” but love prevailed. Since both were involved with other people, Mary wanted to be sure, “You must say it properly. I won't answer unless you kneel down and everything.” So Matthew did just that, in a beautiful holiday setting with the snow slowing wafting down around them. It was a picture perfect, romantic proposal that we won't soon forget.

5. Ben and Leslie - Parks and Recreation

Ben and leslie parks and recreation
Ben's proposal to Leslie was a perfect representation of their romance. Ben planned a surprise trip home to see Leslie on Halloween, dropped to one knee, and began. Leslie, always needing to micromanage everything, interrupted him insisting she needed a few minutes to remember every detail of the moment. When Leslie was satisfied, Ben happily continued a lovely speech about considering what he wanted for his future and declared that Leslie was it. Before he could even finish saying, "Will you marry me?" Leslie accepted.

6. Derek and Meredith - Grey's Anatormy

Derek and meredith greys anatormy
When Derek decided to ask Meredith to marry him…he didn't actually ask. He decorated an elevator at Seattle Grace Hospital with medical scans and reminders from all their important moments. “You say you're all dark and twisty, but it's not a flaw. It's a strength. It makes you who you are. I'm not going to get down on one knee. I'm not going to ask a question. I love you, Meredith Grey, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you." Unfortunately more darkness followed as Derek was later killed, but the memory of the elevator proposal will always make us smile.

17 Men in Suits Who Make Us Swoon

Is it the man who makes the suit or the suit that makes the man? Either way, these characters certainly know how to wear one.

In a world that’s turned towards more casual-wear, there’s still nothing quite like a well dressed man in a suit.

Whether it's their career that dictates the suit or simply their personal choice, it’s clear that not all suits (or the men in them) are created equal.

Check out these 17 fine looking gentlemen who grace our TV screens in impeccable suits that make us swoon.

1. Harvey Specter - Suits

Harvey specter suits
Harvey's first words of advice to protoge, Mike Ross, was to go out and buy some real, well-fitted suits. “People respond to how we're dressed, so like it or not this is what you have to do.” Harvey is rarely without his business suits. They are custom tailored three-piece suits, generally pinstripes with flapped pockets, double vents, and wider peak lapels that accentuate those amazing shoulders. Harvey Specter is always handsome but it's his choice in suits that exudes power and confidence.

2. Patrick Jane on The Mentalist

Patrick jane the mentalist
Patrick Jane was rarely seen without his three piece suit over the seven season of The Mentalist. It was his signature look with the vest, no tie and usually in shades of blue. Why? The color blue is believed to convey a warm and trustworthy feeling. Getting people to trust him certainly made it easier for Jane to play his mentalist mind games…it also really brought out his blue eyes!

3. Agent Phil Coulson - Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Agent phil coulson agents of shield
It doesn't matter if he's fighting the bad guys from his office or in the jungle, Agent Coulson always wears his suit. The leader of S.H.I.E.L.D. can seem a little uptight but that's because he's a career government man. Coulson likes tradition and consistency. Showrunner Jed Whedon says “No matter what the situation, Coulson feels most at ease when in his suit.” And it shows!

4. Ricky Ricardo - I Love Lucy

Patrick jane the mentalist
In the 1950s, I Love Lucy was the biggest hit on TV and although many watched to see what Lucy wore, it was difficult to miss her handsome husband. Ricky rocked those broad-shouldered suit jackets with a V shape that was close on the hip, had straight fronts, and frequently a TV fold pocket square. The look was popular with the Big Band leaders of the time and rumor has it that many of Ricky's outfits came straight out of actor Desi Arnaz's closet.

5. Derek Morgan – Criminal Minds

Derek morgan criminal minds
Derek Morgan can be sensitive. Derek Morgan can be one badass cop. But as hot as this crime fighter looks in a tight t-shirt and a bullet proof vest, he's even more stunning in a suit. Take a look and just try and tell us we're wrong.

6. Rick Castle - Castle

Rick castle castle
Rick Castle wears a lot of button down shirts and blazers but it's on the rare occasion that we actually see Castle wearing a suit…and that's a darn shame because he is so damn handsome when he's dressed well! The show needs more special events so we can see Castle looking his absolute best more often.

14 TV Flashbacks We'll Never Forget

TV often uses flashbacks to provide new insight into the characters we know and love.

Some shows use them all the time, but in this slideshow we're looking at the shows where they were more of a special occurrence.

In many of these we were treated to costumes and hairstyles on the current actors to make them look younger, but in some cases casting younger actors was necessary to pull it off.

Which flashbacks are the most memorable to you?

1. The Big Bang Theory

The big bang theory
Thanks to flashbacks, we got to see how Leonard and Sheldon came to be roommates, and more importantly, how the elevator was broken! Leonard's story helped clear up why anyone would put up with Sheldon for so long. though why Leonard didn't run for the hills during Sheldon's interview we still don't understand.

2. Grey's Anatomy

Greys anatomy
"The Time Warp" episode of Grey's gave us a chance to see a meek Bailey before she became "the Nazi," Ellis and Richard's illicit affair, and Callie as a resident. We also learned that Callie and Alex even hooked up once!

3. Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Buffy the vampire slayer
Buffy did the flashback thing a few times, but arguably the most memorable was Spike's story in "Fool for Love." A nearly fatal mistake prompted Buffy to ask Spike about the two slayers he killed, but we received much more than that. We watched the vampire's transformation from nerdy human to the ruthless killer he became.

4. Friends

Friends
Every time Friends did a flashback it was memorable. From the prom video where we learned Ross and Rachel were each other's lobsters to literally any instance of "fat Monica." Throw in Rachel's pre-surgery nose, Ross's mustache, and Chandler's "Flock of Seagulls" haircut and you've got the makings of a memorable episode.

5. The Simpsons

The simpsons
Sure it's animated, but that doesn't take away the enjoyment of getting to see what Homer looked like before he was fat and bald. "The Way We Was" told the story of how one of our favorite TV couples first got together. Marge may have made the wrong choice for her prom date, but she picked the right guy to marry!

6. Criminal Minds

Criminal minds
For years fans wondered if orginal BAU member Jason Gideon would ever reappear. While the actor had no intentions of returning, the character finally did via flashbacks in which he was played by Ben Savage. Fans learned how he and Rossi started the unit as they investigated their old friend's tragic murder.

We're all guilty of it.

We compare our friends to the ones on television and try to find the similarities. Sometimes we do and it's spot on. We've all got a friend who's a Charlotte...or a Samantha.

Pepper plans a wedding
Any guest of a wedding that had to stop and start three times before it was moved to a picturesque country club would have been out of their mind with frustration. 3. April and Andy, Parks and Recreation

April and andy parks and recreation
We’d have made a real cake and shown up for April and Andy’s surprise house party wedding. They served pizza rolls and whatever else their guests brought and. Mouserat performed. And oh how we wish we’d had the chance to talk to Andy’s grandma. Our invitation clearly got lost.

Dwight and angela the office
Any wedding that takes place on graves is bound to be a lot of fun. We really just wish we could have snuck up behind Michael and heard him say, “That’s what she said,” at least once or twice.

6. Bones and Booth, Bones

Bones and booth bones
Is there anyone who didn’t wish they had a ticket to one of the most painfully awaited weddings, one that felt like it took nine years to plan? Oh wait… it did. 2. Lisa - The Simpsons

Lisa the simpsons
Lisa is about as environmentally conscious as they come. She begged her mom to help clean up an oil spill, she tried to protect Springfield's oldest tree from being cut down, and she fought against Mr. Burns' fracking operation. 13 Epic Bachelor and Bachelorette Party Fails

You know the story. Someone gets involved with the party planning that shouldn't, and chaos ensues.

Usually that chaos involves a stripper. Sometimes it just involves a drunk dial.

Either way, bachelor and bachelorette parties rarely go as planned on our favorite television shows. Check out some of the most memorable (and terrible) parties below!

1. Friends

Friends
Pheobe had a very different idea about what her bachelorette party would be like than the friends who threw it for it, which resulted in a last minute stripper (played by Danny Devito) who no one wanted to see.

2. Grey's Anatomy

Greys anatomy
Derek realizes he's supposed to throw Burke a bachelor party, so he throws together a last minute gathering at Joe's. The most significant moments of the party happens when Derek goes to the bar to get a drink, and we meet Lexi Grey for the first time.

3. The Office

The office
In an episode aptly titled "Ben Franklin," Jim is in charge of ordering a stripper for the women, but orders a Ben Franklin impersonator instead. The guy really knows his stuff, too.

4. Parks and Recreation

Parks and recreation
Leslie's bachelorette party does not go as planned, even though it starts out with everything you'd expect from a typical bachelorette party. Unfortunately, it ends with the ladies digging stuff out of a pit all night. The guys do better with the bachelor party, which ends up with each of them getting the bachelor party they never had.

5. The Big Bang Theory

The big bang theory
The guys don't quite make it to Leonard's bachelor party on The Big Bang Theory, since they end up with a flat tire on the side of the road that have no idea how to change. Still, they managed to make the evening fun, including Sheldon belting out "We Will Rock You."

6. Gilmore Girls

Gilmore girls
Before calling off her wedding to Max Medina, Lorelai's bachelorette party is held at a drag club, where they talk the bouncer into letting in an underage Rory. Lorelai has a few too many long island iced teas and drunk dials Christopher, then realizes Max isn't the one.
